Clay got in some light sled work before his match tomorrow! The complex consisted of Sled high pull to single arm pull to single arm pull with rotation.

This is an advanced variation of the barbell rollout. I am sure it has been done before; however, the difference is the person performing this movement is extending out. In many other videos, the person is not locked out in the eccentric phase.

Little DB Floor Complex for all athletes!

DB press, DB press w/ rotation, DB double arm press, DB single arm press. 65 pds. Got this in after 10 rounds of sled pushes, 50 % weight for 30-35 yards.

Gotta stay low!

Used this as a finisher to challenge the core in a tougher and different way with the vest. It was awesome for stabilization, core strength, and controlled breathing.
