Love making this simple dish. You can use any vegetables you really, we have used just onions, cabbage, carrots, baby corn and courgette ( Zucchini, Koosa ), but spring onions, bell bell sweet peppers, celery, pak choy, bak choi, mushroom all work really well. A few sesame seeds, dried fried garlic, fresh ginger and garlic with a splash of soy sauce and of course coconut milk, makes this a real easy Asian delight, o and of course some red fresh chilli.
